Originally built in 1947, this home was a hodge-podge of hacked-together additions and was quite the puzzle. However, being the puzzle solvers we are, we acquired this property and got to work. We wanted to save the home (versus tearing it down) and after 6-8 weeks of floor planning and over a year of renovation, we figured out how to do it. Over 3k sf above grade in Newlands.
