Every now and then, we pour our hearts (and plenty of hard work) into restoring a property—breathing new life into it, filling it with great tenants, and getting it back on its feet. And then, just when everything is running smoothly, we realize it’s time to pass the torch. We like to call these our “retired” or “completed” projects—not because they’ve lost their spark, but because they’ve moved on to their next chapter with new owners.
